Return/Refund Policy

BJ’s Closets is a small online retail business and it is very important that we get this right. 

There are no refunds.  Please contact us to notify us within 2 business days from the delivered date if any items are damaged or defective.  We will accept returns for store credit and exchanges for items purchased online within 15 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges that are requested after 15 days will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, and must have tags still attached for store credit or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you remove any tags.  It is the customers responsibility to return products. Once we have received your return, we will inspect your item(s) and notify you by email that we have received your return.  We will inform your as to whether we will replace  your purchase, issue a store credit or reject the return. If your return is rejected you will be responsible for return shipping cost.  Store credits will be for the purchase price excluding shipping cost.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Store credits are valid for 30 days after original purchase.

Items marked Final Sale and items such as bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are not eligible for return.
